The first Haritha Tourism Resort at Tadwai was inaugurated by Minister for Excise, Tourism and Culture V Srinivas Goud, along with Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Mahabubabad MP Maloth Kavitha inaugurated the resort.We have constructed 30 rooms and 12 cottages and an amphitheatre to conduct cultural programmes. The cost of these resorts is nearly Rs 10 crore. On the same lines, Haritha Hotel was also constructed at Gattamma temple in the district (Mulugu),” the Minister said.The government is also developing facilities at Laknavaram, Bogatha waterfalls, Pandavula Gutta, Mylaram caves, Malluru temple and other tourists places in the district. “We are also trying to attract international tourists,” he added.
The rush will be more and any amount of arrangement will be short,” Dayakar Rao told officials.Stating that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has sanctioned Rs 75 crore to ensure hassle-free pilgrimage for devotees coming for the historic Sammakka Sarakka jatara, Dayakar Rao asked officials to see that sanitation was good and roads are free for the devotees to reach the venue.Toilets should be clean with daily maintenance,” the Minister told the officials.
